I came to know about Lakshmi Hyundai from my sister who brought a car from the same showroom with her husband. The recommendation was quick and she told me about the place the day she brought her car. It is one of the top car dealers in Bangalore as told by her.
The showroom sales staffs at Lakshmi Hyundai, Hebbal, Bangalore are good in their behaviour with customers. They talk properly and approach customers very nicely. On my visit, I saw all the cars and I took my time. The salesperson was not in hurry and showed me all the cars.
Quality Of Work
All the cars were brand new on arrival and were clean and kept in a good condition. The cleanliness of the cars was a major attraction. All the staffs are hardworking and ensured every car is fully working condition. After I bought car, the transaction went good too and easy.
The staffs of Lakshmi Hyundai are a little introvert type. They do not interact so much animatedly with customers. Though their behaviour was good, at times I felt a little left out due to lack of communication with the salesperson.
Buying car in India is sensitive to offers provided by car showroom. The dealer was very welcomed and did not get frustrate with my hard negotiations on price and other offers. The manager of the store offered attractive rate, and I bought a new Hyundai i20 car. Full points for good pricing at the store.
The store can improve its services on the basis of the staff interaction with customers and their conversation attitude. Overall the store is good in other aspects excluding the friendliness part. This dealer of cars has a good range of cars at suitable price for customers. I would rate it 8 out of 10 in terms of its customer service, quality of work and pricing. A few negatives for staff communication.
