Before I went to the store, I contacted the store via email and they replied promptly within an hour. The service was really good. Though I couldn’t buy the car due to financial issues, I would definitely visit the store someday again.
I cannot expect more from a dealership store when it comes to understanding the priorities of the customers. The staffs were very good to support my preference and my deal got finalised within the hour.
The manager of the store was not professional at all. When I inquired about if any negotiations were possible on the price of the car, he refused bluntly straightaway. Not expected from the manager to display such attitude.
